Sub Sale Fundraiser - Pick-Up December 18
Our Marianna's Sub & Pizza Sale raised $6,280 for our school! We have 240 orders to pack and need more volunteers to make sure pick-up goes smoothly! Please sign up for a 1-hour shift at ttsu.me/sub-sale-pickup-help. Families must arrive between the 5:30pm-7:30pm to pick up orders — the PTO cannot hold or refund unclaimed items.

Volunteer Clearances
You must submit your volunteer clearances to the elementary school office before you can be approved to assist with in-school volunteer opportunities like Field Trips, Classroom Volunteers, Picture Day, Book Fair, the Fourth Grade Picnic. Download the clearance packet at bsespto.com/parents. We can help if you have questions about the process!

Middle School PTO

Middle School PTO Meetings
The Middle School PTO meets quarterly with admin and parents at Emingee’s (5395 Carlisle Pike on the Hampton Circle). The meetings will be held on the following dates:

Box Tops for Middle School
If you have a child in the middle school, you can support their fundraising efforts by scanning receipts for Box Tops! Simply download the Box Top app, (include referral code C3T3831C for 50 bonus box tops on your first scan), and select ‘Bermudian Springs Intermediate’ to direct your rewards. Anyone—parents, aunts/uncles, grandparents, friends—can participate!
Weis4School
Shop at Weis? You can support Bermudian Springs Middle School every time you buy groceries! Just link your rewards card to the Weis4School program:
Visit the Weis4School website.
Enter your name and Weis Rewards Card number.
Search for Bermudian Springs Middle School and select it.
