Race for Education - 4 Volunteer Opportunities!
We're gearing up for our fall fundraiser, Race for Education! In two weeks, your child will bring home a strip of mailing labels to write the names & addresses of 10 family & friends who you think will sponsor your child in a fun run "race" around the high school track on Friday, October 17! Sign up at ttsu.me/race-mailing to help us prepare to mail 3,000 sponsor letters in September! There are three evening opportunities and one daytime opportunity available!

Lunchroom Helpers Needed - Sept 11-19
We need several lunchroom helpers from September 11-19 to assist Kindergarten & 1st grade students! Only sign up if you’ve already submitted your clearances and received approval to volunteer. Sign up at ttsu.me/lunch-helper.

Next Meeting - Wed, Sept 19 at 9:15am

Staff Appreciation Breakfast - Sept. 19

Our Appreciation Committee is organizing a staff appreciation breakfast for Friday, September 19. Sign up to sponsor coffee or contribute a breakfast item at ttsu.me/sept-breakfast.

Volunteer Clearances

You must submit your volunteer clearances to the elementary school office before you can be approved to assist with in-school volunteer opportunities like Lunch Helpers for K-2nd Grades, Field Trips, Classroom Volunteers, Picture Day, Book Fair, the Fourth Grade Picnic. Download the clearance packet at bsespto.com/parents. We can help if you have questions about the process!

Middle School PTO

Middle School PTO

Have a child in the middle school? Follow the BSMS PTO's Facebook page (fb.com/bsmspto) for info about events, fundraisers, and more! Email BSMS PTO President Jodi Scheiterlein at bsmspto@bermudian.org with questions or to get involved at the middle school!

The Middle School PTO meets quarterly with admin and parents at Emingee’s (5395 Carlisle Pike on the Hampton Circle). The meetings will be held on the following dates:

  • Wed, October 22 at 6pm

  • Wed, February 25 at 6pm

  • Wed, April 22 at 6pm

Box Tops for Middle School

If you have a child in the middle school, you can support their fundraising efforts by scanning receipts for Box Tops! Simply download the Box Top app and select ‘Bermudian Springs Intermediate’ to direct your rewards. Anyone—parents, aunts/uncles, grandparents, friends—can participate!

Weis4School

Shop at Weis? You can support Bermudian Springs Middle School every time you buy groceries! Just link your rewards card to the Weis4School program:

  1. Visit the Weis4School website.

  2. Enter your name and Weis Rewards Card number.

  3. Search for Bermudian Springs Middle School and select it.

That’s it—you’ll help raise money for our school with every purchase!
